When I am asked for what I’m doing in life, I answer that I am an artist. And I move on by explaining that I work various materials and especially the clay. It is still fuzzy for you?
For me too that is still. In fact I express myself by my works and my works express what each wants to feel by looking at them. I create an exchange, a possible reflection on a subject which means a lot to me.
The clay allows me an intense expression in my sculptures. She offers me due to her plasticity, the possibility of shaping works of design and art.
When I met Sarah Vasey, we imagined creating a children’s book that Sarah had the idea for. It was the beginning of the history of our publishing house « le loup de la colline ». I have now gone from ceramicist to publisher director with the role of graphic designer, art director and illustrator.
